i think mikey mis typed here it is for every 1 iu sline you need 10 grams of sugar and 10 grams of carbs
hints the reason cell tech is good/easy choice to get your suger one serving of cell tech contains i think don't qoute me between 100 and 110 grams of sugar.
there is protein powders/weight gainers out there that can take care of both for you i am not curently useing slin but i use the the gnc brand 2200 calorie weight gainer which every serving has around 80 grams of sugar so in that case you could take your slin shot drink the shake then 15- 20 minutes later eat a high carb meal and be perfetly fine no shakey shakey no dizzy no nothing.
so like mikey said follow the simple sytem and you will be fine but as always with insulin there is a risk
