how long after a deca/test cycle will it take the water retention to go away?

usually a few weeks....if you want it gone faster just take and anti-e to get the bloat gone

I'm taking .5 mg of l-dex ED. Really doesn't seem to help much for the water retention. Maybe it would be worse if I wasn't taking it. Oh well it really doesn't bother me. My BP has not going too high. Just makes me look kinda fat. Can't wait to see whats under the water when I'm done.

General rule of thumb, 1mg of Adex, Ldex, per gram of test..
Up the dose if you arent seeing any results

I'm only on 500mg test a week. I don't want to up my dose of ldex and have it start hurting my gains. Like I said it really doesn't bother me. Just wanted to see how long it will take to go away when I'm done with my cycle.

500mgs is what I figured anyways, how long have you been on, and how long have you been running the ldex?

Also the more water you take in, the more the body will release
