    My cousin is gonna start his 3rd in maybe feb or so, His experience is enth/dbol gained 26, prop/tren gained 28, since then he got ***** whipped and fell out of training and is a skinny fuk 6' 175 very lean. He want to hit it again just started training again hes allways very strict with his diet and now im gonna plan out his next one for him beings he know nothing about juice, did his two others as well. Im gonna have him do a test base either cyp or enth depending on what my source has in stock. Stacked with maybe deca not sure on that, and an oral but no dbol bc im not very confident in my sources dbol doesnt feel very good to me might be very weak or fake. So is drol at 50mg too much for him at his level what about var as a kick start? cycle will be 12-15 weeks kickstart 4-6 depending on which anabolic i choose.

    i would not kick start with var,
    keep it simple

    cyp or enth wk 1-12 500mg ew
    deca wk 1-12 300mg ew
    kick start drol or dbol if you can get good stuff wk1-4 50mg ed weekends off

      You know, I'm starting to lean more towards an EQ base because of it's ability to harden your gains and allow you to keep more of what you gain. So, here's my opinion:

      EQ wks 1-12 400mg ew
      Enth wks 1-12 250mg ew
      Deca wks 1-12 300mg ew
      Drol wks 1-4 50mg ed (off weekends)

      If it's his third cycle and he's able to gain that much per cycle, this should be enough for him and the EQ will make his gains more solid. That way he doesn't gain 25 pounds and lose 15 of it. He should be able to keep 15 to 20 pounds of it if he eats good. Also, he could up the EQ to 600 if he needs just to make sure, but I personally would probably go like this for a third cycle. I lean on the side of more is not always better, it's just more. Unless you are way past your third cycle, that is.

        i agree and should of also said run the drol seeing it is his third cycle but i always thought and had the best experience with eq when it is run for 16wks or more

          ^^ yep, I like 16 weeks better too! It all depends on if he's up for that long. lol

                because allot of people work out during the week and take weekends off so there is no need to take and oral like drol or dbol on your off days basically only take them on days you work out

                  Id do Test E 500 to 750mg for 12 wks..

                  Deca 400 to 600mg 1-10wks..

                      Well, it gives the liver and kidneys a break. That's the main reason I do it because I workout on weekend days. Some people I know only take it on their workout days. So, to each his own.

                            I may have to run something along that line down the road. I've ran eq twice and didn't care for it that much so I don't know.

                              Ive allways heard that eq and deca should never be ran together due to their simalarites im curious why you run them together, and not using test as a base is very interesting as well. Never heard of that before.
