Is it normal for your resting heart rate to increase when you're on AS? I'm on test/deca right now, and it seems as if my resting heart rate has noticably increased. I'll be lying down at night, ready to go to sleep, and I can feel my heart pounding away. Should I start doing some cardio?

Diet can also contribute to these symptoms. Is cardiovascular exercise not part of your programme?

I haven't done cardio in years. It's just that I have a lot of difficulty gaining weight, so when I do, I don't want to lose any of it! My bf is around 5.5% so I don't want to start losing muscle mass. However, I think my health is more important, so I will start doing some cardio. It's just so boring.
Like I said above, I really notice it at night, loud and seemingly faster. It's really strange.

keep an eye on you BP. if that is ok you should be fine. drink a lot of water and watch sodium intake. water retention can cause high BP. if you feel like you can't walk without getting out of breathe add cardio 3 times a week for 20 min"Just be happy with yourself. Be happy to be alive, be happy you are not over in Iraq, be happy you have your health".

no not necesarily. It will keep your resting heart rate up a bit for awhile. But doing cardio will help you stay lean and away from fat. Don't use that theory that if it keeps your HR up, then you can get away with no cardio. In that case take ECA, that will definately keep you off the chart kid. Why don't you like cardio?
