Bicep shots r my favorite. If ur gonna go 2cc's u simply do 2 sticks an inch apart. One inject into the outer bicep head and the other an inch away into the inner head. Always remember to asperate and u can use a 25g needle to minimize scar tissue. The gear will go thru but just takes a bit longer. Hope that helped. BIG-G
