Is 2cc's ok for a bicep injection?

yes but if you've never done a bi inject before you might want to start with a lower volume first to see how you feel.

IMO that's a bit too much, why not alternate with the other. But if you have enough meat on the bi's then I guess you'd be fine.

i did bis for 2 weeks 1st at 1cc... few days ago i did 2cc's cuz i thought i can handle it, but it did hurt a little bit... just the pressure in there.... i just did it few hrs again, and this time i barely felt it..... so i guess i'm good ith 2cc's now...

2cc is fine, but you have to work up to it ...

start at 1cc and work up gradually ... i'd only do 2cc in each arm before you work them so you can work it all out ...

Start with .5 till your comfortable and work it up. Next week I'm doing 2cc's on my short tricep head.

The second time I injected each bi, I was able to do 2 cc's with no problems. Barely any pain at all.

I started off with 0.5cc today going up to 1 whole cc in each bicep!!!
