OK guys, I have to ask. Here's the deal, I am going into week three of my cycle, here it is.
Week 1 - 5 25 mg dbol (going to up it to 30 on Mon)
Week 1 - 10 75mg fina ED
Week 1 - 10 100 mg Test Prop ED
Started the cycle at 192 today I weighed in at 210. My waist was 33 now it is 36. I don't know my bf%.
My question is: Does this sound like normal progress? I feel pretty fat right now, I had to go out and buy all new pants for work. I feel bloated a lot of the time and when I lift I get nausous (sp.)
Also, I have a slight fever at all times unless I keep a solid dose of Ibuprofren in me every 4 hours. I can feel the Prop working because I'm horny as hell all the time now. But my strength hasn't increased at all. I actually have to force myself to go to the gym because I don't feel like working out. I was really looking forward to getting real strong but it hasn't happened at all.
Questions you may ask:
1. This is my second cycle. My first was 5 weeks of Test Prop. 500mg / week
2. I Eat: 7 Eggs and 2 cups Oatmeal @ 9 am
Protein shake @ 11 am
Workout @ 1 pm
3 sirloin burgers @ 2 pm
Can or chicken breast @ 3 pm
8-10oz steak @ 5 pm
Chicken breast or Pasta @ 7-8 pm
Protein shake @ 10 pm
7-8 soft boiled eggs @ 11-12 pm
3. Workouts:
I do one muscle group a day usually between 12 and 16 sets.
I just started doing one day of cardio a week at night.
4. Sleep: I go to sleep at 12 pm and get up at 8 am. Take a nap at 5-6 pm after work.
Any suggestion?
