Yes, this is true. I'm trying to look for a site where I saw this. There was some Canadian government site that I went on a while back. It had info on steroids, and it was basically and "educational" site to scare people to take juice. Basically only showed the harmfull effects and bla bla bla. Anyway, there was a multiple choice test you could take on there. One of the questions was something like, "is it illegal to possess Anabolic Steroids in Canada?" Correct answer was no, it is legal, as long as you don't have the intent to traffic. I'll try to find the site again.

There's a good chance that they might consificate it though..you would have to go down to the station and get it back.

This first statment needs to be a little more clear...they CAN charge you even if you have a small amount....IF they can prove you intend to sell it. So they can get you for any amount, but they would have to charge you with intent to distribute, that I would think would be EASY to get out of in the case of a couple vials or 20 or so amps....

Yes, worry. You are invovled in trafficking. You can't be caught in the act of selling, or buying. You can't have it with the intent to sell. I think the only thing you're fine with, is having enough on you for personal use. And as said above, I'm sure they would still charge you for having it, but with being caught with low amounts, it would probably be pretty easy to have the charges dropped. Most cops don't know shit, I bet you most cops don't even know it's legal to posses it. Shit, half of us didn't. They would just think, "he has steroids, steroids are illegal, let's charge him for possession"
