gyno lump?

im am currently on wk 7 of a 10 wk sust deca stack(500mg sus,400mg) deca. i have developed a lump under my nipple is this probably gyno? i have nolvadex but i hear it will hinder your gains. will the lump just go away or what. next wk i am adding in clen and winny and running them wk 8-14, would it be ok to go ahead and take my cycle as planned or should i stop until lump goes away.and if i take nolva now how many mg a day.

Any itching, or swelling? Besides the lump.

The lump will not go away by itself. I think you should start the nolvadex, it will not hinder your gains very much.
