did I mess up?

I was doing my first fina conversion,all went well until the first time you have to heat it in water to almost boiling.I didnt add any oil to the vile before heating as specified. I added the oil afterwards and reheated slightly however fluid looks alot darker than pictured on basskillers websight. Its a 8g kit. Did I ruin the batch? PEACE BENNYBOOM

Hey what up basskiller,I followed instructions from your sight.Alot of guys are recc. not to heat ,so you dont cause oxidation,hence the color change. your thoughts?

Will the oxidation affect the product in any way. ie:lower mg/ml
