The pack is just to keep moisture down. If it's humid in your house, then take one from some vitamins or something else. If its not humid in your house, don't worry about it. I think if you keep them in a zip lock with one of those silica packs you won't have to worry about anything. The worst thing you can do is movethem around to much. They start to rub against one another and crumble. I made the mistake of putting mine in a bottle and from grabbing the bottle over and over there was a bunch of powder at the bottom from them moving around so much. So, I snorted the powder and my nose got huge!

easy...go buy a $2 bottle of asprin or vitmins, and take he silica pack out and put it in your botle of orals...man i am a genius!

what mick g...freezer...my parents sometime get med from overseas and we toss em in freezer and htey last for longgggggggggggg time
