i am stacking test prop with EQ. I was wondering if me adding d-bol would be a good move.

How long is the cycle?
Prop acts pretty quickly but leading off the first 4-6 weeks with some d-bol would give you a really good quick jump. About 6 weeks in the EQ should kick in and then begin to harden up what you've gained. The great hing about d-bol is it's direct effect on hypertrophy. Most aas will indirectly lead to hypertrophy but d-bol does in directly. Hypertrophy, as I assume you know, is an increase in actual muscle tissue. It other words, you are laying down more tissue as opposed to volumizing the cell with a lot of water like drol does.
