    Clen is used for burning fat, not building muscle..it will make you loose weight bro.

    Check out the profiles section of the board, there's lots of great info in there. dbol/test would be a great first cycle, or maybe test/winny if your trying to stay lean.

        Excellent info - thanks for all your help. I'm intending to put alot more thought into this, but it looks like a test/winny cycle for me.
        Is there a list somewhere of good and bad sites (cheaters etc).

            I would get to alteast 200-220 before hitting the gear, 6-3 220 isn't all that big...

              It sounds like there may be some undercurrent negatives to hitting the gear at all! The problem I have is that I find it so hard to put on any weight at all, strength is very good and build is quite muscular but the size is not happening - still lean.

              Unless I spend every hour eating I cant see a way to put on any weight! And the problem is that if I dont exercise plenty I start to get pis**d off - so I have to get out on bike or go lift some weights which obviously means I'm always chasing my tail with regard to putting on any weight.

              I may end up trying a supplement or something to try and get to the weight you suggest.

                bro try writing ur diet down.. take 4000 cals in with 300g of protein at least... hit the weights heavy between 6-8 reps... and change things up every 4 weeks.. or so .. if u still couldnt put weight on then i would decide... but right now u need to study anabolics .. and learn about them .. this site is a great place to learn

                  Mill tech, Do alot of research bro. Im 27, 6" at 200lbs and I have been researching juice for quite some time and have just recently decided to do it. Its all up to you but I would try some supplements and what BullFX said first and if you still cant gain then make a decision.

                    steroids WILL NOT make you gain weight if you dont consume enough calories. You need to eat big and train heavy,and use aas to supplement your efforts. There is no majical pill or injection that will make you big. At 6'3" you need to be around 200 to even consider yourself ready for juice.Also winny is not a good choice for bulking. If you are not ready to spend hours eating, you are not ready for gear. PERIOD! When you want to puke thinking about food, thats when you know you eating enough.
