  • Body Measurements.......

Are these measurements small or are they ok.

    Chest: 49"

    Arms: 18"

    stomach: 34"

This two I have had the most time bulding. Since I come from bad genetics from my dads side my calves are lagging behind a bit.

    Legs: 24 1/2"

    Calves: 15"

    Oh Im 5'11" in height and I weigh 210 pounds w/around 12-15%bf.

    What is you all measrurements?

Hmmm haven't measured my chest in a while but I will soon enough. I do have a big chest but all the more since my back is really wide too the measurement will show it as being big. Arms are about 18 3/4 inches last time I measured them. I am about 220 at 5'10 and abs do show but not great since I have been bulking again for the past month. I'm definately not fat though. My quads are 29 inches and my calves are a good 18 inches as well. Haven't worked my calves out in months though but I will now since summer is just around the corner. They are always just there. My waist is about yours as well. Looking to be a really solid 210 by summer.

    Lifts include:

Just did today actually no b.s. 315 on the squat to parallel for 21 reps. No belt or wraps or anything. My leg shots from last year are on elite for those wishing to view me.

I also can do incline dumbell presses with the 120's for 8.

I last deadlifted 405 for 7 as well but I got weaker since I do it 2 days after leg day.

Those are my stats and some of my lifts. 22 years old btw and 3 weeks into a 600mg/week test cycle.

Thx bro but even though I respect competitve bodybuilders I have no aspirations to becoming one. I thought of competing before but personally it's not for me. I know I don't use large amounts and get pretty good results and I'm fine with that. Personally I don't want to get to that level of drug use to be competitve with the big boys. Overall goals are to stay big but increase my overall conditioning(reasons why I'm not going to heavy on the squats just higher reps) as well as strength in my upper body while getting much leaner.

          5"7'
          190lbs-10%BF
          arms-16'
          chest-47.5'
          tree trunks(quads)-27.5'
          calves-16'
          waist-32'
          neck-17'

I don't know how to measure my shoulder's or back, but I'm sure it's a good size. I'm pretty well built and symetry is fine too. My max bench is @ 355lbs, no bounce, just real good bench. My squat is @ 495 on a box squat, which is parallel. My deadlift, well I've never maxed out, but I work out with 275 through 315. I'm one of those guys that just has the genetics to have lot's of strength for a size like myself. Even when I'm at the gym, all of my friends say that pound for pound I'm much stronger than most of the guys that go to the gym.

Pretty impressive bro. I know exactly what you're talking about though. My little brothers training partner is like that. He is like 6'0 at 160 pounds really ripped up. Too skinny though but he's only 18. Thing is though he is pretty strong considering his leverages and his weight. Definately much stronger than he looks.
My little bro is 18 as well and 190 nice and lean at 5'9.

thx kid. I've awlways had tremendous strength. I might enter a powerlifting meet if I can find one in my area. I would like to do the 3 basics, Squat(which I love), bench(which I''ve always been good at, I think it's because I have a good size back too. people don't realize that you need a good back to do a good bench too), and well the deadlift. I love doing that as well, just never maxed out.
