Ive been reading everything on this board for the last 4 days and finally think im ready to ask a question... woohoo! Let me give you some back ground first; Im 6'4 250, 26 yrs, Type 1 Diabetic, I have been in the gym for 11 years. Currently bench 375 (just to give notion that I know what I'm doing). Anyway here is the plan... Hit the gym mon, wed, fri at 5 am. Take 10 units slin immediately after w/ 100 grams worth Phosphegen / Also some citrimax... 1 hour after that 100gr Protein shake... then do no carb the rest of the day and the day after in a ketosis state.
Not looking to add on BF, just lean muscle... I am very familiar with the effects of slin, and will be testing my blood sugars throughout the day anyway... and i have glucose tabs all over the place...
One specific question I have is, all the guidlines I have been reading say you should do about 10gr Carbs with each unit slin... BUT that is for someone with a working pancreas.... Mine dont work so i think i will eventually figure out that i need to lower the carb intake or raise the insulin? In a months time what type of weight gain do you think could be achieved?
