What the most important thing that you feel you have learned through the use of AAS.??
Mine is being able to listen to my own body, and not expect the same results that others get from the same cycles.

Mine would have been to make sure I use pct. Back in the day, the assumption was if you ramp down then you would be fine. And as we all know, that's not right.
Also, I would say because on my Achilles tear, I've learned the importance of remembering to do high reps, especially while on. Neglecting the tendons will result in tendon problems. Most of us have had them at one time or another whether it be tricep, patella, rotators, something. Being smart about getting strong and working the tendons so they can do a better job of keeping up is a must. After all, that's how we get tears, muscle stronger than the tendons.
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
Well, like Tman said, I learned that pct is a must. I also learned that you really shouldn't use an 18 gauge pin. Aside from that, I've learned what drugs work best for me and that it's like anything else, what works for one may not be so effective for another.
ONE IS BEING VERY STERILE. SPENT 7 DAYS IN THE HOSPITAL A FEW YRS AGO FOR A VERY BAD ABCESS IN MY GLUTE BECAUSE I WASNT STERILE

that aas doesnt work like magic. i hate when people are like "if i did juice i would be big too" when they dont even work out. u get what u work for. if it was easy everyone would be 285 and 5%.
i've learned alot about my body because of it. all the research has opened my eyes to quite a few processes of the human body that i wouldn't know otherwise. everything from food and drug metabolism, immune system functions and stressors, just stuff i would never have known about that is good to know
not to jump on cycle to soon after a injury or lay off from the gym....your strength skyrockets too fast and your tendons cant take it....thats why my shoulder is no good anymore....i went back on on aas a month after starting to lift again after being down for a injury for 6 months.
1) Food (DIET) - You Are What You Eat !
2) Know what your body can handle to prevent injury !
3) And when injured dont rush back you can end up worst than before !
4) Plan your cycle and dont start till you have everything set !
"Workout each rep till I drop the uglyiest , meanest face"
