If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
I am 22 weeks out of my second show (last one was 5 years ago) and things have changed since my first...I am probably going to ask someone to help me that REALLY knows what to do and gauges it towards my body type.... My question is does anyone know of any good books, articles, etc etc of diet types, workouts, sample cycles...basically bodybuilding for dummies ...lol I am knowledgeable but always looking for more info...thanks guys if you can reccomend something.
have you thought about hooking up with someone for diet/contest prep? troponin over at intensemuscle.com can help...for a fee, for that kind of tailored advice it won't be free. as far as anabolics, we can set that up for you. just a thought.
