    I just recently got a bottle of M1t and pherabol (same as phera-plex). Right now im sitting at about 200lbs, 16% BF. My overall goal is 210lbs @ 10% or less. I have recently lost alot of strength due to lack of motivation im basically wonderin if i should take it now or wait till i get back close to what i was. Im also wonderin if i should run them stacked or a continuous cycle, or seprate cycles. I dont wanna gain anymore fat so id probably clean bulk. 300-350g protein, 200-250g carbs, 50g fat. My main focus is gaining back the strength I had and loosin some of that fat. What time of cylce should i run?

      ive done 2 cycles of m1t about 3 yrs ago. oh yeah and i know yall will ask and im 24 in a few months

        i dont know anything about paraphlex, but i love m-1t....ran with some test though....it shuts you down hard ,and without some sort of test, you will be limp bad. Keep your dose to 10 mg a day on the m-1t...toxic shit...

          i had the same results as pigmeat unfortunately M1T is extremely hepetoxic and it gave me drug induced hepetitis. luckily the liver is regenerative and i am fine now but that stuff is basically a poison with AAS properties IMO

          i have done lots of 17AA drugs like drol, winny, d-bol with no probs and this stuff messed me up. i realize alot of guys have done it with great sucess but realize there is a flipside and it could hurt you

              I tried the original Methyl 1 Test made by Legal gear was on for about 4 wks.. it did work.. but way overated IMHO. Nothing better then good ol' test.

                i got great results and my friend gave it to me so it was free, i know the sides and risks, ive got PCT, liver protectant ect. just curious whether to wait till i gain a majority of my strength back and take it then or jus take it now

                  i decided im gonna just go ahead and take them instead of wait. If i get back to where i was I will be satisfied. These are my questions now:

                  Do a continuous cylce of m1t and phera-plex (which should i start first)?
                  Do seperate cycles of each?
                  Stack them?

                  Looking for the one that will pack on the most strenght
