Could be why Jay didn't jump for joy at winning this. Come on, He's been in Ron's shadow and so very close.. how many times?
I've seen the comparison pics and while I think it was very close.. Ronnie still should have taken it. It's also been said that Weider didn't want Ron to break Haney's record.

It's about time they started looking at how lean guys are and not just how big they were. Jay should have won last year too because Ronnie wasn't as lean as Jay was last year either. I think Ronnie is done. If he's not going to take the time to get lean then he's going to move down the ranks quickly. Of course, if he comes in 20 pounds lighter next year and ripped to shreds he may take it back but I think he's tired, that's a lot of stress on the body for a long time.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
