    Anybody still take B12 shots regularly?

    I stopped for a little bit. I haven't shot B12 in over a month. I love the feeling while on it.

            I didnt feel anything while on it, but thats just me. I was taking 1cc eod. Is this dose good for any of you?

                      I'll do a shot when I feel I need it. I definately feel the energy, and am in a pretty happy mood too. LOVE IT !!
