i know im on cycle when i start getting heartburn. what causes it?

i dunno i get it to sometimes not sure what causes it but i usually get prilosec OTC and that takes care of it in like a day“Don't worry about life, you're not going to survive it anyway.”

I ususally get it on cycle too, but I always just thought it was from the tons of food that I was eating everyday...
