ok, i need u to tell me which one u prefer and why ??
lets say u want to do 5 ius of gh or whatever the amount it is ....
Would u rather take:
1) 2 1/2 ius in morning and 2 1/2 ius after gym, or right b4 bed--->that what i do ...
2) split em at 1 ius 5 times a day
3) take all 5 ius right b4 bed
but we all know we take gh is when ur gh level is low, and now some peeps that i know off tells me dont take 5 ius b4 bed time coz ur body is already producing its own gh and its gonna go to waste , and others say:u need to take em all at once, and the more gh u have, the better growing will be , loosing fat, tigheter and so forth,, and i know for fact tah body only GROWS IS WHILE U ARE SLEEPIN IS WHEN U ARE RECOVERING..
