sore delt

What's up FG? Been a while.

To the point. My last shot (a few days ago) was in my left delt. Yesterday I got kinda sore just below the delt muscle. Today it is more sore and slightly red and feverish. It's not at the injection site. It's actually a couple inches below the delt muscles like just below the (V) of the delt.

I don't remember bumping it or anything to bruise the bone so I'm a little concerned. I am always as clean as possible with alcohol and I change the tip before injection. It would be a nightmare to have to have a muscle removed. Anybody ever had anything similar happen?

you'll be fine man, it happens. if you're sure it wasn't a sterility issue, it may have just been one of those 'bad' injections. we all get them from time to time. i don't think your delt is gonna have to amputated,lmao. just take some ibuprofen, it will go down. i have had them in my quad....talk about not fun.

I hope so. I've had some seriously sore quad shots but never red and feverish. I'm sure it's no big deal. I'm a germ freak so it's kinda buggin me out. Ya made me feel alittle better though.

Yep, A-bomb is right. Actually I injected Friday into the delt and got the same thing. Red, sore and elevated temperature right below the v even though I injected about 3 inches higher. For some reason it only does it with my left delt and not my right delt?

i did glutes the other day and had a mark on my left ass cheek like a garden hose.. ..now its all smooth as butter..

Thanks Ya'll. I appreciate the positive boost. It's pretty much all the way better today.

Craziest thing though. Not only did it take forever to go down under the delt but for the last couple of days a knot appeared right at the top of my left forearm almost on my elbow. It had no pain, redness, or anything. Just swelled for a day or 2. It can't be from working out either. I'm pretty much 100% today so all set. Kinda sketchy for a sec though.
