    im on week 9... gaines slowed down again but changed traing increased a bit of calories and wow im growing again... 3lbs in a week...

    whats the max # of weeks can i stay on if im still growing ? however i dont expect to gain more than this (30lbs) ...

    i have hcg for post cycle also... i got lots of test but im out of eq... if things go REAL well can i stay on till like 5 or 6 more weeks? ( 14-15 weeks total) ???

    or i might crash too hard. im just startin to loss the boys on week 9

    10-12 weeks is more than enough first go around

        do 2 or 3 normal length cycles, then you can start experiment. I agree 10-12 is good for newbie

            dont get crazy when the water starts to drop out. I was up over 30lbs on last cycle and down some fat. Even with L-dex the whole time about 10lbs was water. But hell 20lbs of Red Meat is still amazing
