Dan's the man...or umm was the man...I've read his UG steroid handbook 2...have never read the Body Opus book though...dan was cutting-edge and extremely intelligent...i still go back and read his articles in the old MM2K's from time to time

the book was great, just a very hard diet to follow to the t, getting up every 3 hours to eat for a whole weekend is tough. it makes mondays hard when you havent really slept

oh its a goo dread he has some good info. To save youa little time though Alpha Lipoic Acid works better then Vanadyl for lowering blood sugar, if you cant get Metphormin or Phenformin.
