    bro's do you use insulin prior to your workout or right after it?
    Also do you break from insulin on rest days or take it everyday?

    I take it in the AM, and post workout. 4 days a week, on my heaviest days; Legs/Chest/Back/Arms

        note: I started getting a rash when I was doing 20iu/day. I'm going back to just 10iu's post workout.

            I WOULD NOT DO IT BEFORE YOUR WORKOUT UNLESS YOU REALLY KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING, YOU DON'T WANT TO GO HYPO DURING YOUR WORKOUT! JUST MY OPINION

              yea, i agree with edvedr. my partner and i would only hit up right after post cycle (no more than 15 minutes later), and then down a carb shake. an hour or so later, we would eat a meal. i don't know if i would touch it pre work out though. we would just do 10ius for about three days and then lay off for awhile, allowing our bodies to build up sensitivity to the slin again.

                I only do it on workout days and always prior to workouts.
