Ive been eating low carbs for about 2 weeks now and I feel like shit. I feel all skinny and tired most of the time. I hate it when this happens to me. Gotta eat some fat once in a while. The reason I did this was because I needed to lose my gut. All I would eat was eggs, chickens, meats, tons of tuna, all by itself with nothing. Now I feel like shit. I could see my muscles more defined but its killing me right now. Anyone ever had this.
I never liked the ketogenic diets that were followed 100%. Instead, why not try and add a carb up day for one day like maybe on the weekends. This will help fill up glycogen stores, stimulate your overall metabolism, and give you more energy due to carbs being the preferred source of fuel for your brain. During the carb up days though to keep calories lower you could lower the fat intake and just have more carbs.

It takes alot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there's no real security in what's no longer meaningful. There's more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life and in change there is power......

No doubt bro, but it is sooo worth it!!! And once you get back on the carbs you just blow up...you swell up. Incredible..Just keep telling yourself how bad you want it!!!
Without some ketostix or a glucometer I'm not 100% sure if it's the carbs. I might just feel like shit in general. For me right now one minute I'm good to go with abundant energy, a little later I'm very lathargic. My take it's a combo of the diet and the dope I'm taking. Anyway I feel your pain bro.

i just did 5 weeks of no carbs and felt generally shitty except for the 26lb loss of fat. i ate whatever i wanted for the last 5 days and i feel full again and am looking better....i will go no carbs starting saturday again for 2 weeks till spring break....then eat normal
I am presently on a low carb diet and I eat little carbs with the exceptions of some broccoli or asparagus with my chicken/beef/fish... I eat eggs usually every morning with some swiss or american cheese and as a snack sometimes cashews or pistachio nuts. every 3rd day I eat one carb up meal approximately 100-150 grams of carbs.. the carb up meal is usually brown rice & beans or yams/potatoes.I am down 15lbs in 2 weeks and really dont feel that bad because I load my muscles up every third day.. and I like the carb up meal to be right after a heavy workout
I dont care if it kills me... as long as I look good in the box
