1st time to do winstrol doing about 50mg ed. I say about b/c I heard the pills I have are underdosed and Im taking (6) 10mg pills throughout the day. I've been using them for 5 days now and today during cardio my ankles and shins started hurting really bad, along with my fingers when I was holding the heart sensor handles. Can it kick in this fast? Im doing 400mg a week of Deca so I thought I wouldnt get the pain. I really like doing 45 minutes of walking at a 20 incline, should I switch to the eliptical or just not do cardio? If the pain keeps up, Im dropping the winstrol. I must get ripped!!!

The winstrol shouldn't cause pain like that immediately. Five days isn't really even enough time to be seeing results much less side effects LOL.
Umm, maybe you were dehydrated? Maybe something else is wrong? COuld be in your head too?

You stole my line! That is also the same reason that I dont run winny anymore, it phucks me up when it comes to joint pain.

Ok, first off, winny doesn't hurt joints it makes tendons brittle after long use or high doses. Shins should not be on the list of winny sides. With that said, the only pain you feel is when you walk at 20 incline, well, stop doing that. 20 is too high and treadmills suck ass. They are not a natural movement. Think about it. Do you really think running on a moving belt is anything like a moving body along the road? No. It's not only more effective to actually run outside but it's more natural for your joints. The body was meant to move against gravity and be propelled, not to stay stationary and keep up with a moving belt. Also, take a minute to look at howmuch you must flex your ankle joint to walk at that level, it's too much. The best thing is tofind a place outside that offers a little flat, a little up and a little down and jog that. It's just more natural.Last edited by T-Man007; 07-07-2006, 12:00 AM.

007 i always get the joint pain and shin pumps from winstrol after about 1 1/2wks. Bad. Maybe some ppl don't get it, but to say it doesn't cause it, i think is a mis-statement. I have done it many times with the same results, lol!

Re: Winstol already causing joint pain? Ouch!!
jesus, just drop the incline down to 10 degrees. there is no need to have it jacked up that high.
you are probably just getting a good pump in the shins... winstrol does this to me too.
and like t-man said, winny does not affect the joints- it makes tendons brittle. the strength increases and lack of lubrication in the joint area combined with brittle tendons causes the perceived joint pain.
lower the incline on the treadmill, and keep your reps in the 10-12 range while using winny. this and the deca should help.
and 60mg/day is too much for you. you should get outstanding results at as little as 30mg/day.

Ok I'll lower the incline. The reason Im taking 6 a day is b/c I was told these are underdosed so its less than 60mg a day.....
