    Re: cut or bulk?

Well, gear only helps your cause. Your diet determines whether or not you will be cutting or bulking.

If you decide to use gear I would use plenty of liquidex to avoid any extra water retention or bloat. Keep cardio in the lineup every morning before breakfast. If you decide that you do want to lose fat before you try gaining muscle, then you should eat accordingly and look into stuff like clen, ECA, and T-3.

For someone your size I would probably try something like this.

    Test Enanthate...500mg per week...weeks 1-12
    Tren Enanthate...400mg per week...weeks 1-12
    Clenbuterol...25-75mcg per day...weeks 3,4,7,8,11,12
    ECA...twice per day...weeks 1,2,5,6,9,10,13,14
    T-3...25mcg per day...weeks 3 and 10
    ........50mcg per day...weeks 4 and 9
    ........75mcg per day...weeks 5,6,7,8

Try to do at least 30-45 minutes of cardio in the morning before you eat breakfast. Try not to eat any processed carbs or simple sugars for the duration of the cycle. If you are losing weight now you should know what you calorie total per day should be. Stick with that! I would try to break it down to about 35% protein, 20% carbs, and about 45% fat. This has worked really well with me in the past for cutting. I always try to eat my carbs based on what I have left to do in the day. If my cardio is done and my weight training is done for the day then I try not to eat any more carbs later.

    Hope this helped.
