      I feel you, Im almost out of my Dbol and Im kinda scared to see what happens to my body and my workouts when its gone............

              its time to get a new lifting DVD and watch it. like redemption or something like that. hit it up for 10min before u elave the house and ull be more pumped to get in there and throw around some iron. post cycle isnt much fun but u can make gains naturally.

                    Yep thats what I do throw in Pumping Iron or Kevin Levrone M3 ,Cutler dvds and it'll get you started again ! Everybody goes threw that withdraw period but you got to stick with it ,just hang in there ! Dont throw away that hard earned muscle stay focus and get better than everyone .Speaking of new dvd Im in search of one .I heard that Markus Raul one Made in Germany I think is good .I do recommend the Kevin Levrone M3 dvd I like it better than the Cutler dvd has his music playing in the back amazing what he does in the off season doesnt workout gives 100% effort in his rock band and goes down 210lbs then goes up around 275 contest

                      i dont recomend staying on year round, and i dont think we should advise people to do so. going off is part of the game. some poeple have trouble going off and dont relize when its time to come off. staying on to maintain is for the weak. when u stop making dramatic gains then maybe your 24weeker should have only been 16.

                        SHOOT I COULDNT MAKE IT 24 WEEKS ANYWAY I GET TIRED OF POKING MYSELF. I ALMOST MADE IT 20 ONCE AND IVE PLANNED A FEW 25'S JUST NEVER MAKE IT. LOL 15 IS ABOUT THE MOST FOR ME I GUESS.
