all the drugs in the world won't change your genetics bros. and you DAMN SURE aren't going to reach your potential eating pizza and drinking beer.

the AAS section is always busy, and if someone asks for cycle advice 100 people respond. but the training and nutrition sections are dead. if it wasn't for fuzo and iron addict and a select few others there would be nothing in those sections.

ask yourself what you are. are you an athlete, or a lazy bastard who has nothing better to do than shoot and swallow drugs to try and make up for your shit diet and training?

it takes no discipline to stick a needle in yourself or swallow a tab.

the guys that seperate themselves fropm the pack have always been the ones who show true discipline.

in bbing terms, if you are over 13% bodyfat YOU ARE A FATASS. accept it and change it. enough of this "i'm bulking" crap. either you have the balls to get in shape or you don't. it is possible to gain lean mass while staying under 13%.

the pics above PROVE it isn't necessary to take exotic compounds to get into shape. it takes the cojones to man up and quit being a P U S S Y.

Great post bro! Makes you think, doesn't it. I've always like Frank Zane's physic. Well, my legs are much bigger than his ever were but if I had his upper body symetry I would be a happy guy. Also, I wouldn't mind having his leanness either. Great post!
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

I think his point is you don't always need to run to drugs to get bigger. Many other people have got bigger and leaner without the drugs. I agree I gained nearly 40lbs in a year just with changing my diet and training. Good post phreak!

BTW, those dudes in those pics should take 10 minutes out and get a decent haircut! Those are some ugly ass mofo's with those hairstyles!!

I think this post is about going back to the basics. diet, training, hard work, and moderate aas use.
it depends on personal goals i guess. if ur doing strongman shit then 13-15%bf would be ok. but 20% i mean 1/5th of ur body is fat... u should look into dieting. i dont care how strong u are. u could bench 450 or whatever but ur still a fat slob.

Additionally, they only ate three times a day back then. No one had even heard of eating 5 to 6 small meals back in their day.
They did use it. That was my point. Anyone who says or thinks differently is in denial.

old school bodybuilders did use aas. but not like pros do now. there was no gh, slin, igf. they didnt take massive amounts of gear. and they cycled they didnt stay on year round. they eat whole foods and trained old school with not nearly the amount of supplements and high tech shit u find everyone using.

he is just saying hard work goes a long way.

Maybe. But too often we overlook the possibility that men with higher fat levels have higher estrogen levels making them incapable of losing fat until the test deficiancy is taken care of.

being fat is a math equation. i just dont understand why some people want to blame other things. u take u BMR, add the amount of calories u burn from activity, then eat 500calories less then that a day. ull lose between 1-2pounds a week.

People are too willing to blame other things and point fingers. but in reality if u fat its ur fault, unless there is a specific medical problem. everyone looks to aas like it is a miracle drug. its not. its 25% of the equation. diet, rest, training, aas use.
being big and ripped doesnt happen on accident. and if it was easy everyone would do it.
