Is there any type of product out there that can safely reduce the speed of one's metabolism ?? Myself like many others have a racing metabolism that makes it hard to gain, even when stuffing my grill with food to the point of nausea. I see that there are so many things out there to help boost it like T3, Clen, etc etc.
never heard of it...personally, if there was such a drug i would think it would have a detremental effect and/or permanenet effect on your thyroid, then you'd be on t3 for the rest of your life. if you're one of those people with a fast metabolism...consider yourself lucky. just eat up is all i can say.
Hey, I never saw a skinny bodybuilder before - eat away!

how many calories are u taking in a day? i run into guys all the time that are like i eat so much. they say the eat 5k a day. put it on paper and they are eating 3k. i dont know if this is ur case or not but log everything. u would be surprised at how hard it is to eat 5k clean a day.
Get your thyroid tested and have them do a metabolic pannel. See first if there is something medically going on b4 using anything. If you have a hyper thyroid the dr will be able to treat you.
I agree with what badasz said! Also how much protein are you taking in? Are you getting 2 grams per pound of body weight? Do you do any other activities besides lift weights? For example I had a friend who would lift weights for 30 to 45 minutes then go play basketball for 2 hours! Then he'd complain he can't gain weight and that he's a hard gainer! The boy did eat but playing 2 hours of basketball wasn't helping him put on mass!!!
If you are doing everything right and still want to slow down your thyroid then take Mick-G's advice and go see a doctor.
u shoudl be blessed wt high metabol and stayin lean all year, just take more calories and eat more carbs adn protein and u will get there, u wont be puffy like bloated water, but i'am sure u will gain solid mass and lean all year
Thanks for the advise guys. I'll see about doing a breakdown on my diet and then post it. One of my setbacks is my job. I work at Home Depot and am constantly walking and walking and walking (about 5 miles according to a pedometer i used once). I guess I just need to bring more food to work and snack every couple hours or whenever possible.
the most important thing is logging ur food intake.
most people think they eat way more then they do. bro i do 2 hours of cardio a day and i can still gain lean mass.
the problem is everyone wants a quick fix, and they want to point fingers at everything else but themselves. if it was easy everyone would be huge and ripped. shit like that doesnt happen on accidnet.

Hmmm....that's a lot. Do you work everyday? You're definitely going to have to eat at least 800 calories to make up for the calories you burn while on the job. Are you also constantly picking up and stacking things up?

Yup, I work in the Lumber section so I'm always throwing stuff around, plus all the damn walking I do, its hard to put on any weight without stuffing myself all the time.
