I was talkin with my friend and he was sayin that if your takin Liv-52 with oral AAS it reduces the effectiveness of the steroid?????

No. Milk thistle, Liv-52 or any other liver protectorant has no effect on the steroid/potentcy/effectiveness.

Thing is i thought that too but my boy is REALLY educated about this stuff
Not to mention he is jacked. He was sayin to leave it for post cycle??? For years i have taken it with AAS. I dont know

All milk thistle and Liv-52 do is assist the liver with the removal of toxins. They do not remove the active ingredient, they remove the waste or toxins left behind. There is no way, from a microbiological point of view, that anything that assists the liver in removing toxins could reduce the active ingredient in the blood stream. I just don't understand how. Ask your boy to put it in writing for you and post it up here. You see, when you take oral aas they go into the digestive system just like food and the active ingredient travels throughout the blood stream just like broken down food. So, the muscles receptors are going to bind to the active ingredients as the flow through. Then, the waste and/or toxins left behind are handled by the liver. I can't understand how the liver would remove the active ingredient of orals.

Well im with you guys However my boy was tryin to explain it to me in lamens terms because he heard it from his boy who is an IFBB competitor. basically he was sayin that you flush out a percentage of the toxins which is the steroid so your not gettin the full effect and if your worried about the sides you shouldnt be taking the gear????I thought that was pretty funny

Yes please do. Im taking a shitload of milk thistle and liver-rite daily. Im looking at my milk thistle and it says each pill is 250mg of silybum marianum seed that is equivalent to 1000 mg of milk thistle and I take about 3-4 a day.
