Insulin and $

So since insulin is legal am I able to walk into Wallmart and purchase it, no questions asked?

Also what does it cost on the average?

Humilin R is legal here in Canada, but I had to go to 3 different pharmacies before I could get someone to sell it to me, and even then I had to make up a story that my friend was comming to town, and had forgotten his insulin.

i always thought that in some states in the US you could get it without a script and some you needed a script..am i wrong? i thought it varied from state to state

In Texas, you need a script for Humalog but not Humulin-R. Humulin-R is $38.25 at most pharmacies here.

And yes, read everything you can! Dosing slin is not something you can learn through trial and error.
