For me, I hold on to the towel rack, this allows the bi to totally relax & I pin right in the fat part of the bi, using a 23g going in about 1/2 in. The most I took is 1cc of eq, which wasn't painful but 1 hell of an ache.
tryed biceps a couple days ago. I don't recomend it. im so sore I can't straiten my arms.I have trouble just doing my job.
Hey Nitro, don't judge based on your first injection. It takes a while to get used to it. Try it 5X before you decide if you like it or not.

"Ok I'm here it's Saturday night at 11:00 pm and no one is on so I will go work out then!!"--Captain Canuck
[Referring to Pump]"I am like, uh, getting the feeling of coming in a gym, I'm getting the feeling of coming at home, I'm getting the feeling of coming backstage when I pump up, when I pose in front of 5,000 people, I get the same feeling, so I am coming day and night. I mean, it's terrific. Right? So you know, I am in heaven."--Schwarzenegger
I've always loved hitting triceps and biceps. My tats are a nice roadmap as to where the pin goes. Lately i've been hitting rear tris just below the rear delts. At first i needed help hitting them but have figured out a way to hit it solo now.
You may not recognize your mom when you get home, I shaved her back.
I don't have an ego, i just love how awesome i am !!
bellx is right on the money.
25g with 5/8 or 1". I have used 23g 1" before but theres no need for that.
I usually hit the inner just to side of where a vein is when and the brach.
It just seems an easy spot for me. The only growth I've ever notice from site inj. is from the swelling that goes away in a couple of days if there is any at all.
I don't put my arm on a table I simply hold it out with a little bend to it and down a bit with the tri resting against the lat.
But find whatever position you can hold steady at and get comfortable.
For me I like to work the muscle that day or the next to get the blood into the area. But some people don't care for the extra pump that can happen.
