when you do bicep injections, how do you split your inner and outer head injections? do you do both heads on the arm the same day or does it even matter?
how do you avoid hitting a vein?
last question, how does the sorness affect your workouts? ever get used to the injections?
i flex bicep, put my finger on the peak and move down/inward about an inch and shoot there. I only do 1 shot per bicep per week. I try to shoot the muscle group I'm working out that day. Does it hurt, yes! Its good pain tho.
Rotate inner and outer of the bicep peak on both biceps. I never do the peak..I do mostly delts and tris now and not the bis. I had too many bad experiences hitting vessels/veins...och!
ive tried it twice on my first cycle a few years ago and both times hurt for a few days. but i never hit a vein. i didnt like it that much. i stuck to delt, glutes and thighs.
I shorten my bicep by putting my elbow up on a table and I keep my lower arm close to my bicep without flexing. I go from the inside in, not the top and I don't do the outside. Spot injections will NOT improve one mucle over another IMO. It all has to go through the entire blood stream. The only reason you change sites is to avoid scar tissue. Also, unless you are a total fat ass, the skin on the bicep is very thin and you only need to go in a little. I use a 1" and go in about 3/4 the way.

u are right regarding it wont improve one muscle over the ohter but WITH WINNY IT DOES SINCE ITS WATER BASE...
I tried it once, and must have gone through the muscle - or between. I could feel the oil leaking down inside my arm toward the elbow. My arm turned all red like an infection, and was hot - and it hurt too. It cleared up in a week, but I will stick with other sites after that experience.

Damn, and I thought I had small biceps.
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
One difference I notice is that I hit relaxed muscles. I just don't feel right about sticking a flexed muscle - I always hit them in a relaxed state so the tearing (and scarring) in minimized. A flexed muscle is also hard, and does not as easliy accept being pumped full of oil. I also tried to hit the head beneath, not the two on top, aiming straight down between the split. That muscle is also smaller, and I probably shouldn't have tried to push 2cc in there, so maybe that's why this happened. I don't know . . .
LOL! I was just messing with you. I dont' flex mine either, but I do shorten it by putting my elbow up on a table and then bringing my lower arm up. This will make the muscle belly wider and prevent you from going through.
