no but on another hand i think that if you don't know that answer on your own then you shouldn't be using stuff anyways read read read then ask questions then when your all learned up try using if you still think it's a good ideaComment

You could get away with it ONLY if the purpose was to increase collagen for your tendons. Besides that, you wont see any other noteworthy benefits.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

LOL! Study up bro or else you will ultimately end up sacrificing gains. Also remember to include PCT(Post Cycle Therapy) in your plan alot of you newbies dont use it and end up losing most of your gains

thats 400mg a week for 10 weeks.
like the others said stick around and learn the basics. u got to do the home work and reasearch. also post ur age stats and experiance with aas. the we can further guide u beyond the rudimentary stuff.

read and read but 2 answer to ur question no..is not enough...
400mg min 16 weeks and its a slow releaser like laurabolin which means will kick in around week 5-7 in ur system..
