I am 23 and i weigh about 185, im 5'11", its a little depressing to be at this size again, but i know have the time to get back in the gym. I had to take a year off for school that i had to study for 8 hours a night after my 8 hour school day. (had to sacrafice working out for better money). My workout is not a problem, and my diet is pretty good. My question to all is how long should i wait before i go on a cycle (note, this will be my first cycle)? When i stopped lifting i was at 200-205, i would like to get back to that weight ASAP and i just don't know how long i should be back in the gym before i get into it. Also any ideas on what I should use on my first cycle. I have good ideas on what i want to take from researching this site, but i can never have too much advice.

at your age I would wait a while....6-12 months maybe and hit it hard and eat right and see how your body responds. then if needed, do a test only cycle of 400-500mg week for 10 weeks and see how things go!

muscle memory is an incredible thing. train naturally until you're back up to par. give it about a good 4-6 months busting your ass in the gym, then we'll talk about a cycle
