Just curious...is there anything a person could do or consume to temporarily lower his test blood level if he was going to be tested by a doctor for HRT. buddy of mine is trying to get HRT and has never tried any gear. he goes to the doctor in about two weeks.
anyone?

Oral estradiol or estrace cream would could be used to temporarily lower testosterone production. But these are prescription items themselves.
Other than that, I remember reading an article over at t-mag.net (or is it .com/can't remember) whereby the author outlined a course of action one could follow in order to lower testosterone pretty drastically prior to a doctor's visit. It involved sleep deprivation, drinking, etc. It's not something I would partake in, but hey, you might wanna check it out.
