  • post cycle non-workouts?

I was wondering if anyone had any idea if not weightlifting for a week or two post-cycle would be more beneficial than hitting the steel. I was thinking that the low endegeous test levels won't be be able to overcome the catabolism induced by weightlifting. Also, is cardio a definite no-no post-cycle as well?

it is personal opinion. i usually don't take time off, unless i feel i need it and it would be beneficial.

I don't take time off but I do cut back my overall intensity OR overall sets and exercises while still trying to maintain as much as possible my previous weights on the basic lifts.

It takes alot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there's no real security in what's no longer meaningful. There's more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life and in change there is power......
