It's the nature of the beast but there are measures you can take to reduce the bloat such armidex or Liquidex during the cycle.

I was getting noticable water retention (my face especially), took some ldex and all is good again.

It's better than good, it's fuckin great. Like I said, the water retention in my face was really bad - I looked like a different person. I started taking ldex and in just two or three days my face was almost completely back to normal. I also upped my water intake from 1 gal. a day to around 1.5 and tried to reduce my sodium as much as possible. However, I think the ldex contributed the most to getting rid of the bloat.
