I have a question !

Is there a specific dosage (for test) as far as body weight ? I see alot of different dosing suggestions 500, 650, 750mgs. I am ready to go but im stuck here wondering what would be best for me. If I went with 300mgs this cycle would 300 work for me the nextime ? what about 500mgs this time, would I be able to do 300mgs on my next cycle. Im turning 40 this july and I want to be feeling and looking the best I ever had. I might not have this chance again so this has to be the best. any ideas ?
I am 5'4" 167, maby 11% bf, this will be my second "real" cycle (injecting that is).

i go with 500 and make gains still... I went 750 once but it was more than i needed.

I think it depends on two things, one your experience level and two how you respond to it. I've been able to make gains on low doses for years. That day has finally come to end though. Last cycle I noticed less gains than prior ones. So, it's time to go up. Start with 250 or 500 and see how it goes. If you start with 500 you should be able to stick with it a few times before you have to go up. And even then, you don't have to go up, you could add drol to the first 6 weeks.

Diet is most important, that you are eating enough good whole food, plus supplementing with protein powder. I use whey isolate. The amps i would go 500mg/wk, ( you could also do 250mg every 5th day),as for the cyp if you have ug, you can use 400mg/wk. I know you did a pretty lite cycle last time.

Thanks guys 500 it shall be, now what about PCT ? is that universal too ? some say nolv/clomid, some say just nolva. im kinda confused since I been reading so many different opinions.
