I thought this was worth mentioning here.
This afternoon, I'm observing my arms and wondering why my vascularity has been increasing lately. Then I notice 3 small elongated bulges on the inside of my arm, between the bicep and tricep. They looked similiar to vericose veins (small ones). While I'm inspecting them, I push on the bigger of the three and if felt as if something gave way and it immediately disappeared. I gently pushed on the other two and they went away.
I am currently on Nolvadex, so I decide to see if there could be a correlation.
There is evidence of an increased incidence of thromboembolic events, including deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism, during tamoxifen therapy.
