How does one correctly use this product? Am on Test E and winny right now. I htought i ordered clen but got these instead? They are 50mcg tabs each. I just cut them iin half so i'll be using 25mcg amounts instead. How is one to properly cycle this. Is it a two week on two week off period? I understand its not like clenbuteral where you just have to ramp up....with this u also have to ramp down correct? Like i said i researched clen and ordered that, but recieved these instead?????

Start out at 25mcg's, then ramp it up after 2 days to 50mcgs, then few days later 75mcgs, then 100mcgs.....Don't stay on for too long cause it will eat away at your muscle...I had great results the past two times that I've used it this way and no side effects. Keep your diet in check and do not over train.

It will eat your muscle, but you are on AAS so it shouldn't. Don't make the same mistake I did and take it with nothing. Here is a typical cycle outlined per day dosages!
25,25,25,25,50,50,50,50,75,75,75,75,100,100,100,10 0,75,75,75,75,50,50,50,50,25,25,25,25!

before i started my cycle i was 180lbs...now at 192lbs after 6.5 weeks...Test E 500mg from weeks 1-12...Starting winny today 50mg ed from weeks 7-12. My body fat is around the 16%-18% range...mostly around the damn waist. And being on cytomel for 4 weeks isn't too long??? seems like a long time to be on that stuff ???

Nahh... 4-5 weeks is going to work great but it will leave you looking flat if you don't keep your diet in check and if you start to overtrain. Keep your cardio to 20 mins a day and do low intensity cardio...don't go at it like a madman...do cardio with some resisitance training like on a stair stepper or elliptical. And yes, ramp back down...I would ramp up faster than he said and stay at 75 or 100mcgs for the most part of the cycle...Just my own experience.

just be sure to keep your carbs at a moderate dose (200-300g range) that should keep you from looking flat. you can ramp up to about 125mcg just ramp up every 3-4 days until you reach 125mcg, then ramp back down. i think the whole process takes about 5-6 weeks. but with t3, your diet MUST be in check in order for it to work properly, or even at all for that matter. if you eat like shit, it will do nothing.

Here's the formula:
5/40/55
You spend 5% of the time ramping up, then 45% of your time at max dose, then 55% of your time ramping down. The ramp down should be long and slowly decreasing so that you don't throw your thyroid out of whack. So, it looks like this for a 6 week cycle:
2 days ramping up
19 days at full dose
23 days ramping down at 25 mcg intervals.
However, I would even drop down to as low as 12.5 mcg ED for the last few days just to make sure you come off very slowly. 6 weeks is a max dose and take atleast 8 weeks off before using again.

It's interesting though what some of you say about how it won't do anything if your diet isn't in check. From the FAQ's I've read about it, fitness models and models in general apparently popularized this back in the 90's....they were taking T3 so that they could eat like shit and not gain fat...

I started winny and cytomel on monday. Took 25mcg on monday and 50mcg today.....was wondering how long it takes to feel the effects of both? Is cytomel anything like clen where you get the shakes and stuff even when taking your first dosage? Cus i defenetly didn't feel anything yet from the cytomel. Just was wondering. thanks
