I'v got some concerns about strenghth, I have been on my first real cutting cycle, all mass cycles before.
400mgs EQ(eql) for 6wks,
50mg Ref-b ED for 5wks
Prop 100mg/EOD(eql) for 4wks,
just started tren last week 100mg/EOD
Im on a ton of ECA and some T-3, liquidex
Im doing a lot of cardio.
heres the problem my strength hasn't gone up at all its almost decreased.
also I have lost about 7lbs and about 2-3% BF, my diet has been real strict and calories are pretty low.
I know alot of mass isn't expected with T-3 and all but I figured my strenghth would have went up a bit.
What going on is it too soon to see a strength increase or is the T-3 cause this.
Any input is appreciated
