well....just so happens I looked it up today because I'm experiencing acne and B5 is recommended at a dose of 10 grams to 15 grams a day (spread out evenly throughout the day) until the acne clears and then back off until you find a maintenance dose. Very individual thing the articles say.
Also, B5 is water soluble vitamin so there's no risk for overdosing....the body will simply expel what it doesn't need.

few days ago i saw on some thread someone say sometihng about 5g a day. i think that's crazy... (can u spell t-o-x-i-c)It works and it keeps me from using accutane again and the other prescription drugs for acne.
