Re: Sum1 explain the frontloading equation please
I got this from Hardcorecanadians. Many props to Crankin'steiN on his explaination of Frontloading... well worded and easy to follow.

Anabolic Tip of the Day - Frontloading
As steroid users gain some experience with basic cycles and drugs, they will be able to start using some more complicated methods and drugs for their cycles. The method I will be talking about today is frontloading. Frontloading is when a particular compound is used in high dosages at the beginning of the cycle to get the blood levels of that drug up to it's peak faster. This is done with drugs like Test Enth, EQ, Deca, etc because they have long acting esters and if they aren't frontloaded they can take up to 3 or 4 weeks to reach peak levels and start showing effects. So why wait 4 weeks when you can get up to your peak levels in 1 week or just over? Before I go any further, it should be noted that novices should not use this method as they probably don't know their bodies well enough or know how they will react to higher dosages of certain compounds. Now... How do we frontload? It can be fairly simple or kind of complicated depending on how it is setup. I will give a simplified example first. If you are going to start a cycle where you would like to run 750mg of Test Enth throughout the cycle and you think your body can handle 1500mg at one time, then you can inject 1500mg on day 1, then continue with 750mg once a week starting on day 7. This would mean that the 1500 would be cut in half (assuming a 7 day half life for the test enth) by day 7 and you would add another 750mg for the week which would allow you to stay at 750mg per week. This can also be done with a two week frontload. You could inject 1000mg on day 1, and day 7, then continue with 750mg/week starting on day 14. Hopefully this gives you a good idea of how frontloading works. In order to do frontloading or figure out how much to take you need to know a few things. 1. What is the half life of the drug I want to frontload? 2. What dosage do I want to run it at for the cycle? 3. How much can my body handle at once and how long do I want to take to get to peak levels?
Thats it... pretty simple
