Ok, been doing 250 mgs sust + 200 mgs Eq each week in 2 shots for 12 weeks.
This is lite, I know. 1st time, thought I'd see. Well, I have noticed workouts are definetly improving in focus and volume. No weight gain on the scales (give or take a couple of lbs, which could be water), but my abs are hardening up, and I can feel the difference everwhere else. I'm just more pumped and have more of a mind-muscle connection. Squats have shifted up 20lbs no problem, I feel stronger.
I know it's early, and I've read it won't kick in for another 2 weeks really, but should I up the doses?
I'm tempted to do 500 sust and 400 Eq. would that be a drastic difference?
Or would it be better to finish this cycle at current doses, and then do another later in August?
