  • Numbing in the hands?

Is it normal for your hands to get numb and have that falling asleep feeling often when on cycle? I'm only taking 500mg of Test E right now, and this is my first cycle. But not sure if I have poor blood circulation or its just do to the TEST? It always happens to me when i'm at work and have to sit in a chair for a while, sleeping in the chair, and even sleeping in my own bed i'll wake up and have to get them going. Its usually my left hand too.

i'd say its poor circulation. have you put on a lot of weight? pretty much in my opinion, poor blood circulation is the only thing causing it.

Yeah I got numbness while using Sust and on a seperate occasion while drinking Cyrstal Light due to the Aspartame. The increased blood pressure is most likely causing the bad circulation? Have you checked your BP?

I found this is doing a search....they're trying to sell something but it may explain the numbness....carpel tunnel???

the first few weeks for me i get numbness or if i dont eat clean. holding excess weight in general might cut off some circulation.

Definetely is not water weight or blood pressure. So must be my body reacting to the gear i guess? weird though?

im on my 1st cyle and i have the exact same problem. I was going to post the same question. My hands r asleep when i wake up, if lie down on the couch my hand falls asleep instantly. my BP is good, Im not over weight, Im pretty lean. I find this weird. Sounds like it's normal though.
