The number of testosterone prescriptions is growing. 2005 sales of testosterone prescriptions topped $400 million. These were all legal sales within the USA by American physicians. LOW testosterone levels in males 40 years old and above has been linked to cardiovascular disease and diabetes. New research has shown that testosterone givin to males may increase cognitive, energy, bone minerals, and stregnth.
